Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave a key with building security, reception or a neighbour. Just tell us in the booking notes and let your building know we're coming.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes for every one-off service (move-in / move-out, deep, post-construction, carpet). For hourly home cleaning you can add products and equipment for AED 30 a visit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on this website is in UAE Dirhams (AED) and already includes 5% VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
Pay on the day by cash or card, by bank transfer, or securely by card online. You never pay a deposit to book.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email.
