Your fixed price is based on bedrooms and bathrooms. Add carpet or sofa shampoo, a villa, or key collection if you need them.
Arrange building access
Tell your building security or community about the visit (some towers ask for a contractor permit). We arrive fully equipped.
Checklist clean, no time limit
Kitchen appliances inside and out, cabinets, wardrobes, bathrooms descaled, windows, tracks and AC grilles. We stay until it's done.

If the landlord or agent flags any cleaning issue within 72 hours, we return and re-clean it free.

Frequently asked questions
How much does move-out cleaning cost in Dubai?
Fixed prices start at AED 449 for a studio, AED 549 for 1 bedroom, AED 749 for 2 bedrooms, AED 949 for 3 bedrooms and AED 1,249 for 4 bedrooms, including 5% VAT. The first bathroom is included; extra bathrooms are AED 60 each.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally yes — an empty unit lets us clean inside every cabinet and wardrobe and behind appliances, which is exactly what gets checked at handover.
Can you collect the keys?
Yes. Add key collection when you book and we will collect and return keys to your agent or building reception nearby.
Do you clean villas?
Yes. Choose your bedroom count and add the villa option for stairs and multiple floors. Larger villas get a bigger team, not a longer day.
