Renovation and fit-out dust is fine enough to pass through a household vacuum and settle straight back. We remove it properly with industrial HEPA vacuums, then take off paint, cement splashes and grout haze.

We clean every surface top to bottom, vacuum and wash floors, polish glass, fittings and sanitary ware, clean inside cabinets and wardrobes, and remove stickers and protective film. Newly handed-over units in Dubai often need this before you move in.

Do you take the rubbish away?
We bag debris as standard. Add bagged debris removal and we take it with us; skips and large waste are quoted separately.
Do you clean new handover units?
Yes — new units from developers usually have dust, film and adhesive residue that should be cleaned before moving in.
What if it needs two visits?
Very heavy jobs sometimes do. We tell you before we start, never afterwards.
